Exelon Corporation, created by the merger of PECO Energy and Unicom Corporation, is one of the nation’s largest electric utilities, with approximately five million customers and more than $12 billion in annual revenues.  Exelon is comprised of three business segments -- energy generation, energy delivery and unregulated enterprises.  It has one of the industry’s largest portfolios of generation capacity.  Exelon distributes electricity to customers in Illinois and Pennsylvania, and gas to customers in Pennsylvania.  Exelon also has holdings in unregulated businesses such as infrastructure services, energy services and telecommunications. Exelon is headquartered in Chicago.
